We’d be interested in Monitoring & Evaluation, especially hearing how other coordinators support teams once implementation has started and what approaches they have found useful in this phase.
Hi Willeke,
as we are approaching the end of the implementation part of the pieces project, I’d be happy to learn something about how the end of the implementation period is planned. Will there be a formal end, or does the final interview mark the end or something else? What work will there to be done for the implementation coordinators at the end of the implemnetation period and beyond?
Best regards
Katrin
We will take your input into account when shaping the content of the upcoming support meetings!
Regarding your question about the program adaptation matrix (if you mean Deliverable 2.3), it would be best to contact Louis directly. You can send your question to Louis Rodriguez at larodriguez@iconcologia.net.
Thank you for your question, Katrin! I imagine this is something that may be on the minds of other implementation coordinators as well.
This is an important topic, and we will come back to it in more detail soon. As we approach the end of the study period, we will soon provide further information on the formal end of (implementation) activities, and any remaining tasks for implementation coordinators afterwards.
Thank you! Based on the answers above, the next Guidance & Support Meeting will focus on Reflecting on Implementation Goals and Monitoring & Evaluation .
These topics are closely connected and offer an opportunity to reflect on progress, challenges, and lessons learned across different implementation sites. The discussion is relevant for all coordinators, regardless of where their site currently stands in the implementation process.
As we are approaching the final phase of the project, we hope many of you will join us for this second-to-last Guidance & Support Meeting .
We look forward to seeing you next week: Thursday October 15!
Thank you for inviting us to share our suggestions.
We believe all the proposed topics are relevant, but we would be particularly interested in exploring the first two. Reflecting on implementation goals would help us identify achievements and lessons learned, while discussing implementation competencies, especially stakeholder engagement and partnership building, as these have been key challenges in our experience. It would be valuable to learn from other sites’ experiences.
